 Panhandle Growers, Inc. is Northwest Florida’s source of quality ornamental and shade trees. Our tree farm, located thirty-five minutes from Pensacola, specializes in large specimen field grown and container trees.
This wholesale price list supersedes all previous pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice, Prices are F.O.B. Panhandle Growers, Inc., Milton, FL. First year customers will pay CASH with order at time of purchase. While our regular terms are prepayment, we will be pleased to make credit arrangements with established firms who maintain a record of prompt payment and have satisfactory references on your completed credit application. All credit accounts are payable in full 30 days from the date of invoice. All accounts 30 days past due are subject to a service charge of 2% per month (24% annum). All returned checks will be subject to applicable service charge.
Orders with a request date of 30 days or more will require a deposit of 25% down. Deposits will be forfeited on cancelled orders and additional deposit will be required on any order delayed beyond period of original deposit. Deposit will be applied to final shipment of complete order.
Delivery and shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer. However, delivery service is available from private carriers. We will gladly make arrangements following the customer’s instructions. Risk or loss passes to the buyer once the plant material is loaded for shipment. Any damage or loss occurring during shipment is the risk and responsibility of the buyer. Seller will arrange shipping and delivery based on these conditions, unless otherwise instructed. Additional shipping costs may arise if trucks are not unloaded within freight companies allotted time frame. All freight charges are due when the material is delivered, payable to the carrier.
Customer pick-up is welcomed. At least 24 hour notice is requested. We generally take lunch break from 11:00 am – 11:30 am. Please arrive at our location no later than 2:30pm for pickup or selection of plant material.
Although we go to great lengths to assure the authenticity of the varieties cultivated, we cannot be responsible for conditions beyond our control. We give no expressed or implied warranty except that the plants are true to name. If any nursery stock proves untrue to the variety under which it was sold, we will replace the stock at our nursery or refund up to the invoiced amount.
