At Panhandle Growers Inc. we sale to wholesalers, landscape/lawn maintenance companies, nurserymen, municipalities, or active building contractors only. We do not sell retail, only to the established businesses mentioned above. We are a wholesale to the trade only tree farm.
All local pickups should call ahead so we can have your order flagged and ready to put on your trailer. If you want your trailer tarped please make sure you bring one as we do not provide a tarp. We will try and accommodate your pick up time however keep in mind we load semis daily and will load your order as soon as possible.
We give NO warranty as to the productivity or longevity of our nursery stock. We warranty our stock to be true to description or variety name under which it is sold. Liability is limited to that purchase price.
It is the customer's responsibility to be prepared to unload the shipment in a reasonable amount of time. If adequate help is not furnished or unreasonable delay occurs, a per hour fee will be charged to cover truck driver's time
